Planned payment provider: Stripe Connect
Customer payment → Goldcrest fee and processing costs → operator transfer → payout to the operator’s eligible bank account. These are distinct stages; payment success does not mean the operator has been paid. Connect and payout costs must also be included before final pricing.
Free signup; no subscription in this pilot. Goldcrest’s platform fee is 10% of the agreed service price, rounded to cents. For new demo offers, estimated processing is deducted separately from operator proceeds, not from Goldcrest’s fee. Final processor, Connect and payout costs must be reconciled before transfer. Refunds, disputes and unrecoverable balances can still create platform costs; the platform fee is not guaranteed net profit. Payment collection, refunds and operator transfers are not connected. The operator enters the service price and accepts the disclosed deductions per offer. Existing offers retain their original terms. No extra customer credit-card fee is added in this pilot. Jobs fulfilled by Goldcrest itself must use a separate accounting flow; internal fees are not additional company revenue.
